Also because of recent shady practices by publisher Nicalis, I would say it’s better to buy it used so they don’t get the money. NG+ is worth it though because it’s the same worlds and mechs but from the other character’s point of view and has a different purpose as to why you are fighting with them. If you play normal story and NG+ you could still either beat it in a long day or a weekend. There’s just not a lot to the story mode and it can easily be beaten in a day. It’s not worth it’s price unless it’s used. However, I would not recommend purchasing it at full price. Overall I enjoyed this game and I would recommend it to anyone. Software description provided by the publisher.Pros: nice art style and decent enough story, good rogue like/rpg game, unique weapons and power ups, different outfits, NG+ is actually worth it as it’s not just the same story (it is similar but the reason for refighting in the worlds is different and with a different character), and different modesĬons: I always seemed to run low on health and could never find a HP orb, death means restarting the entire world, initial play through is quick (NG+ fixes this though) Defeating mecha-monsters has its rewards, too - players can uncover loads of unlockables, including alternate costumes, 200+ collectible weapons, New Game+ modes, and more! Remi and Lore must venture together and find their way home, but can Remi really trust the mischievous magic book Lore? Who is the mysterious android girl “Choux” and why does she want to capture Lore? Will Remi ever find her way out of the magical world and return home?įeatures single-player story mode with full Japanese voice acting, two-player co-op mode, upgradable spells and bonus traits, and procedurally-generated levels in four beautifully rendered worlds, each based on one of the four seasons. Together, they are drawn into the magical world of Ragnoah, which has been overtaken by nefarious mecha-monsters. Remi, an ordinary high school student, has awakened Lore, a talking book who is a self-proclaimed “master” of magic. RemiLore is a “rogue-lite” anime-style adventure set in a colorful fantasy world where players hack-and-slash their way through an army of mechanical monsters using a huge variety of unique melee weapons and devastating magic attacks! ![]()
